Process

The Agony of Yessirov was recorded in Charlottesville VA at Jeff Gregerson's home studio. Chloë Ester sings on Nearly Two and The Devil You Don't. Sounds from Korg Minilogue XD, Korg Volca Beats, and Korg Volca Sample, as well as some stock Logic sounds. Audio consulting by Jacob Sommerio at English Oak in Richmond, VA.

Process

Recording for Small Comfort began at Echoes Recording Studio in Sharpsburg, Maryland. A lightning strike damaged equipment at the studio and delayed the project. Further complications ensued. The project was completed at Ampersand Recording Studio in Herndon, Virginia and released on March 1, 2018. The final EP was mastered on analog equipment by Chris Leva.
